Ingredient List

Preparation

  1. Break up the Lemon Drizzle Square into small pieces.
  2. Place the cream in a bowl, and whisk until soft peaks form (because it is a small amount, this will happen quickly so take care not to over-mix).
  3. Fold the broken Lemon Drizzle square into the cream with the blueberries and raspberries. Spoon into a serving glass, and serve.
